At The Girl’s Girlz Official (GTO), we believe in the power of intentional sisterhood. We are a nonprofit organization committed to creating a safe, empowering space where women can heal, connect, and grow — together.

We exist to remind every woman that she is not alone, and she deserves support, healing, and true connection. Through uplifting programs, honest conversations, and a vibrant community, we help women rise into their purpose — and do it in the company of other strong women.

Meet the Founders

Regine Antoine

Founder & Executive Director

Provides overall vision, strategic leadership, and organizational oversight. Leads strategic planning, partnerships, fundraising, and ensures the mission of fostering healing, collaboration, and empowerment among women is executed with integrity and purpose.
Jessica Holt

Co-Founder & Project Director

Oversees program development and execution. Leads event planning, initiative implementation, and ensures all projects align with GTO’s mission of building community, connection, and healing experiences for women.
Donna Belle

Volunteer & Membership Director

Leads volunteer engagement, recruitment, and member relations. Develops strategies to grow and retain an active, aligned community of women while ensuring volunteers feel supported, valued, and connected to the organization’s purpose.
